Our customers are important to us! We also stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our designs. So we provide a refund and return policy to add trust & security to your buying experience. Our policy lasts for 10 days starting from when the product is received for a full refund of the product price. If 10 days have gone by since your Item Is received, unfortunately, this option would no longer be available.
If the Item needs to be resized, you would need to purchase a resize which would cover the cost of shipping it back to you as well as of the actual resize.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For most instances, we will be able to see this from your order information via your confirmation number.
Partial refunds would go out to. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (Generally 3-5 days).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
STT Express Customers
If you selected STT Express this policy would apply in the same way. It would begin 10 days after receipt of the item. In order to be covered by this policy customers, returning an item or requesting a refund would need to go through the regular mailing channels and processes as mentioned above. We are not able to pick up items for a refund. Also, we are unable to pick up items for return or provide cash refunds in place of sending funds back to the original payment method.
